What is the standard cuplock ledger spacing?
Standard cuplock ledger vertical spacing is 500mm, matching the cup spacing on cuplock standards. Horizontal bay width is typically 1.2m, 1.5m, 1.8m or 2.4m depending on load requirements.
What is the safe load on a cuplock ledger?
Standard cuplock ledgers support a working load of 2.0 kN per metre (200 kg/m) in a fully braced system. For higher loads, heavy duty 60.3mm diameter ledgers are available with working load up to 4.0 kN/m.
