Scaffolding Quality Standards — IS 2062, IS 2750, IS 4014
Sun Corp scaffolding systems are manufactured to Bureau of Indian Standards specifications. All raw material is IS 2062 grade mild steel with minimum 250 MPa yield strength. Scaffolding tubes comply with IS 2750 dimensional requirements. Surface treatment is hot-dip galvanising to IS 1461 with minimum 85-micron zinc coating.
Quality checks at our Jeedimetla factory: Incoming material grade verification, dimensional inspection of all tubes and components, weld quality checks on fabricated items, galvanising thickness measurement, and load testing of couplers and props before dispatch.
Material certificates available for: PSU projects (NTPC, ONGC, BHEL, RINL), government and institutional projects, infrastructure contracts requiring IS-compliant documentation.
